The location of your home page is:

http://cs346.cs.uwosh.edu/students/<username>/index.html

It is your responsibility to create your own index.html page.
Indexing has been disabled for all websites, therefore, if you don't
create an index.html page, people that leave off the index.html
from the URL will get a 403 Forbidden error.
